| Website Features Coordinator: | Collects monthly/quarterly updates from teachers, H.S.A., Principal updates and any features from students and Features Writer. Compiles all into a Word document and sends it to the Webmaster. Contact: Pam Whyte |
| Features Writer: | Write monthly articles related to important school events, teacher interviews, new programs, etc. These articles are submitted to the Features Coordinator. Contact: Catherine DeMaria |
| Picture Coordinator: | Collects photos for Weekly Update and website. Gets parental verbal approval and submits photos to Webmaster and Weekly Update Distribution person. Contact: Jen Dorsey |
| Ad Sales: | Solicit advertising from local merchants, etc., to defray the monthly expenses Contact: Nancy Dreszler |
| Handbook | The Handbook is a directory of all students in the Glen Rock Schools. It includes faculty and staff listings, student names, phone numbers and addresses by class, and pertinent school information. The committee from Central School coordinates our school's data and handles distribution. The handbook is assembled by a committee from the Federated H.S.A. |
| Historian and Publicity | This individual maintains a history of Central School through news clippings, etc, and posts articles and Central news on the H.S.A. bulletin board, promotes special events at Central School through press releases. This position, as indicated on the form, may be split between two people. |
