TIC TOC Theatre presents - The Return of "Ball in The House"
THIS SUNDAY March 7th at 2:00pm, bring the whole family for an experience they won't soon forget - The amazing a cappella group Ball In The House is back. This five-man, pop/R and B "mouth band" is a hip cross between the funky "boy bands" and the "barbershop quartets" of old, and is a tour de force of vocal sound that must be heard and seen to be believed. They are one of the best-known and most-loved acts in the a cappella community today, with everything from their nationally televised "Cool Whip" commercials, to participating in the program "America's Got Talent" last August and being featured on the "Today Show". They have opened for and performed with acts such as Cher, 98°, Jessica Simpson, Blondie, Smokey Robinson, The Temptations, and numerous others.
A review from the Boston Globe put it very succinctly - "Ball in the House has everything you would expect to find in a successful pop/rock band... the one thing it doesn't have is instruments." Don't miss it this Sunday, with their audience interaction as they demonstrate to the kids HOW they use their voices to do everything from being a "human drum machine" to entertaining the socks off everyone!

Calling all scientists! The Science Fair is only a few weeks away! It’s time to start working on your projects! Entry forms were due on March 3rd. If you have not submitted your entry form yet please send it in to the office by this Friday afternoon. Tri-fold display boards were delivered to all young scientists on March 3rd. Many thanks go to Mrs. Tuttle, Mrs. Tell, and Student Council members for delivering them to each classroom. Science Fair projects must be dropped off in the Central School gym on Wednesday, March 24thfrom 7-8:30p.m. only. If you have any special requirements for your project (e.g. access to an electric outlet), please contact Lisa Sheldon at lisasheldon1@yahoo.com. Parents, we need your help! If you would like to help with set-up or clean-up on Wednesday, March 24th or would like to assist at the Science Fair during school hours on Thursday, March 25thplease contact Lisa Sheldon at lisasheldon1@yahoo.com. If you would like to help during the day, every effort will be made to pair you with your child’s class. If you can help during the periods before and after your child’s class visit, that would be even better! Thank you.
